Not yet. They publish the list at

iOS and iPadOS 26 - Feature Availability - Apple

Missing Cambodian language for Siri on iPhone hello world, I am coming here today for help. I see all the Languages in the settings but the Cambodian Language, I was hoping to have access to that for Siri but it is not there.
