MacBook Air price fluctuations by time and store location
Has anyone noticed Apple (like MacBook Air) fluctuates prices - in hours - and based on store locations?
Not from actual Apple Stores.
Other retailers are free to set their own prices.

I have not seen Apple's retail prices for computers fluctuating from hour to hour or location to location. Prices on movies and TV shows, yes, to some degree. Prices on computers, not so much.
However, some major shopping sites are known to play games where they try offering different prices to different customers, possibly even different prices to the same customer.
