Mac Studio: Cannot add Exchange account to Mail and Calendar

Calendar and Mail unable to add work exchange account.

I am on a Mac Studio at work. Mail and Calendar are not able to add my work exchange account.

My tech doesn't seem to know what is going on. He blamed it on a security setting and an issue with Microsoft and Apple. The exchange account is working in Mail and Calendar on my iPhone.

Anyone have an idea of what is going on? Is it a larger issue with Microsoft and Apple?
