Don't install any Developer Certificates to download apps outside of the App Store. If you installed a Developer Certificate, you need to remove it at Settings > General > Device Management.

Nothing can access your file system and that includes a virus to install or the ability of any antivirus software to be able to scan the file system. If you purchased any AntiVirus software, you just bought their marketing, and it will not be scanning your device for any viruses.

Accounts are compromised with a known password, so changing the password may be needed to secure you GitHub/Microsoft accounts, but that has nothing to do with device security.

  1. There are no viruses of malware that can affect an iOS device or iPadOS device. By extension, there are no antivirus scanners for iPads.
  2. What does your Microsoft 365 account and GitHub have to do with your iPad?
  3. If they have compromised your 365 account and accessed GitHub your iPad is not the source of that nor does it have really any bearing there.
