Help Request – Passed Brother’s Apple ID Account


I am contacting you regarding my brother, who passed away about three years ago. He had an iPhone (likely an iPhone 12 or 12 Pro), but the device is now physically damaged and unusable.


I would like to ask what the proper process is to request access to his Apple ID and iCloud account, if possible.
