Help iPhone 14 Pro Max, multiple issues, wallet and Bluetooth

I can’t get my iPhone 14 Pro Max Bluetooth pair for anything it may connect for a few seconds and then disconnect. I thought it was my headphones until I found my iPhone 11 One Day. I needed to use it because my other was dead and it connected to Bluetooth fine with no issues. This is a repeated ongoing issue with my pro Max and now my Apple wallet will not work on my 14. I feel like Apple is purposely doing this to force me to get a new phone, but this is ridiculous.
