Reminder app on Apple Watch 11 strange behavior

Ios26 watch keeps notifying me of reminders whose time I changed days ago and if I open the reminders app on the watch (which takes forever) it shows lists of “unfinished “ reminders from a month ago that were completed. Is something wrong with my watch/phone, or is it a bug? I have powered off several times. Didn’t help.
