Data deleted on icloud need assistance on retrieving it back more importantly photos

Greetings im using Iphone 12 Pro Max, it went to freeze mode where the apple logo was not clearing, when i updated and my phone with my pc all data was gone. i then login to icloud hoping to find my photos but everything on icloud was gone as well,

can you kindly assist with retrieving my photos on the icloud please.
