Sharing with iCloud looks strange to me

I see a strange behavior using shared folders and documents.

Currently I can see only one shared folder that is shared with my wife but not files that are shared by i.e. Keynote or Pages. Those are shared, if I locate them in die Keynote folder, I am able to change the share settings, for example.

So reading here and there I found the hint to login to iCloud directly and see the differences.

Now the funny thing: In

• Web iCloud , I just see shared documents but not folders.
• At my Mac, I just see shared folders but none of the documents

What do I oversee? This does not seem to be a glitch for me...
