Can Logic Pro 11 add voice over to a screen recording?

I need to know if I can use Logic Pro 11 to add voice over instructions to a QuickTime screen recording.

I don't want to mess with OBS, which I used years ago. I have friends who ask for my help occasionally and it would be nice to send them instructional videos. I was a Trainer 40 years ago and teaching others was very helpful in boosting my own knowledge and understanding of topics.
