iMessage settings not accepting my phone number to send and receive.

I moved my iphone 13 iOS 26.2 from my Verizon Business account to our AT&T personal account. My phone number is listed on some settings as both a Primary and a Business number. I can't seem to send texts now, and can't get a check mark beside my phone number to send and receive. I'm pretty sure it has to do with the Business and Primary settings, but I don't know where to change it. How can I clarify the Primary/Business settings? And how can I make the message app "send and receive" place a check beside my phone number?
