How to fix 'Make sure you logged in the App Store and your conexion is ok' error for Instagram subscription?

Hi, I was suscribed to an Instagram account and suddenly on September 2025 it got canceled by itself and now I can’t subscribe again because I get a message that says “Make sure you logged in the App Store and your conexion is ok”. I am logged and my conexion is ok and I can’t fix it

I’d remove any add-on VPN apps entirely, and restart, and test again.


Here is wha to do: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support


Apple systems appear to be functioning: Apple - Support - System Status


If that fails, contact Apple Support: Contact Apple Support - Apple Support
