iCloud Messages/Health not syncing after Apple ID change

Hello!

I'm having trouble syncing my iCloud data on my iPhone. I temporarily changed my Apple ID to another account and then switched back to my primary Apple ID.

After restoring from an iCloud backup, my Messages and Health data aren't syncing, and the system is asking me to enter a verification code, which is sent to a trusted device, which I don't have. I haven't received any codes on my Apple Watch or other devices.

I'm getting a message that some iCloud data isn't syncing.

I don't want to delete my Messages, Safari, or Health data.


Please help me. I've been crying for a day now. How can I get my device to sync my iCloud Health and Messages again?
