Final Cut Pro 11.2 not recognizing Compressor for export

I have a finished documentary that is in the updated 11.2 version of Final Cut Pro. We just bought Compressor (also new version) so we can export the final output. I've performed most of the steps to get them to recognize each other. Deleted FCP preferences files, given both apps full disk access, imported media files from my FCP media disk into Compressor, restarted and opened both apps in different cadences, restarted the Mac Mini M4 multiple times, emptied the trash, deleted render files in FCP, deleted proxy media files in FCP, reinstalled Compressor and more. I can't "Add Destination", because it says "must buy Compressor" (already purchased). If I try to "Send to Compressor" it gives the "This version of Final Cut Pro cannot send to Compressor." error message. Both versions are the updated versions.

I'm performing most if not all tasks here to get FCP to recognize Compressor. Can you think of anything else to try? I have a major deadline on this export and pressure is building! Thanks for your advice.
