iTunes album tracks won't download to Music library

I purchased an album from the iTunes Store and all tracks show "purchased" but only a couple of them will download into my Music library. I've tried several times to get the others to load but no luck. I am, by the way, not computer savvy. Simple-step guidance appreciated.
