Apple One and Peacock Bundle - no Apple activation link

I have an Apple One Premier account. I subscribed to the $11 per month Peacock bundle for Apple One. I previously had a Peacock account directly with Peacock. When I open the Peacock app, I’m asked to sign in. It doesn’t offer me the option to sign in with Apple. The peacock website (https://www.peacocktv.com/bundle/apple-tv) states to “check your email for an Apple activation link”. After a day, I still have not received a link from Apple.

Any suggestions? One would think that with a major promotion that this would not have this kind of issue.
