Reminders subtasks do not repeat with parent tasks

I have a reminder list that is broken down into sections, tasks, and subtasks for cleaning.

example:

Section 1: Daily Tasks

>Kitchen

-wipe counters

-Load dishes

For the Kitchen task; I have it set to repeat daily. When I mark the subtasks as done, they are marked as completed and do not repeat for the next day. They disappear from the task.

I’ve found I have to go into each subtasks and also set up a repeat…that seems like a bug. The child task should follow the parent task.

Is there a fix for this anytime soon?
