Magic Trackpad 2 has lost haptic feedback

I use a Magic Trackpad 2 as a secondary input device (using a logitech mouse as my primary) with a 2023 Mac Studio - M2 Ultra, 64GB, mac OS 15.7.3. I use this setup for professional video editing. I use the trackpad primarily for scrolling, so I can't pinpoint when I lost the haptic feedback on the Magic Trackpad 2, but it's gone. I've gone to all of the community questions to find a solution, but nothing that I've found works, which mainly has involved disconnecting the trackpad in Settings and reconnecting, as well as turning off the tap to click button, quitting Settings, then going back into settings and turning it on again. I'd love some help with this!
