Changing the Name of the PC on your iPhone:

So, how was this Paired? Which Windows Version Are you Using?:

If using Phone Link, remove this device on the PC and iPhone > restart both Devices > restart both Devices > sync them, once more

Re-sync this: If you have changed the name of your device(your PC), then you need to use Forget this Device. Then, sync then it with Phone Link (Windows 10/11):

1. Remove this iPhone from the PC:

Then...

2. Restart the PC:

Save what need be, and then perform the restart. Go here: Restart (reboot) your PC - Microsoft

Then...

3. Restart (don't Force Restart):

Save what need be, and then Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Then...

4. Sync this, Once More:

5. Restart the PC:

6. Restart (don't Force Restart):

You can change the device (host) name of an iPhone at Settings > General > About > tap "Name" > edit as needed. I recommend only using letters, numbers, or dashes in your device names.

"It's not the Iphone name that I want to change. I need to change the PC that it shows connected to. We have a new PC and it has a different name and windows version. The one showing on my phone is our old PC."

Changing the PC Synced to your iPhone:

For Windows 10 and Windows 11:

Photo Link is the most constructive method of doing so on Windows 10 and Windows 11. So, if Phone Link was used in this case, then that's the way go to about this. Follow the septs in my original reply.
