Focus status being show even tho it’s off

I have a focus set up and regardless of what settings I put on there is an option to notify anyway. I have this turned off for all focuses within the focus app yet people still see it and notify anyway pushing the text through. I really don’t mind except im getting the alerts on my watch that I wear at night . Not sure if there is a glitch with my watch or phone . Watch is the 11 and phone is the 17 pro both now running on iOS 26.2.1 and I was having this issue prior to the update . Regardless of what I did this seems to be an issue . I even have this toggled off in the settings privacy , focus and shared with “ messages “ is toggled off . I’ve tuned this off and back on along with tuning off and back on my phone . Wondering if it’s a glitch with my phone or a user error
