How can I recover my information from my old iCloud

I think that TheLittles and I are a bit confused about exactly what you need. Do you have two iCloud accounts? Can you sign in to either of them? You can try going to iCloud.com with Safari on your phone or from a computer to see what's there.

If your old account is still intact, and if you can sign in and access your pictures there, then you can use your phone to combine the old pictures with the new account. Just let us know.

But if your information has disappeared from the old account it's all are gone. Or if you no longer have passwords, then there is no other way to access the data.
