Final Cut Pro 11.2 has timeline choppy even for a small and simple project video.

I was using thr FCPX Trial version 10.8.x with my Mac Studio. ALL 100% FINE and I decided to Buy the FCPX and is using the version 11.2 and time the Timeline is choppy. 100% This is a version issue. I have more than 100 projects and I never expected one single issue at all.

1) Is there a fix for this and Apple is aware?

2) Is there a way to downgraded From 11.x to 10.x if there is no fix for this?

I've tried a lot of options from the community posts and the behaviour is the same. Choppy timeline and this is really add. Sorry, I don't want to be rude but this is really frustated.

The Trial version is fine than I paid more than 300 euros and the paid version is worse than the trial version.
