Expedite Activation Lock verification for iPhone 13

​I am writing this follow-up email regarding my Activation Lock support request for an iPhone 13 (Case ID: ***).

​I would like to sincerely request you to expedite the verification process of my documents. This device belonged to my elder sister, who has unfortunately passed away recently. This phone is not just a device to us, but a very emotional memory of her that we wish to keep within our family.

​As I mentioned before, we could not find any passwords, original box, or the physical receipt despite our best efforts. I have already provided the official Death Certificate and am ready to provide any further legal documents if needed.

​I am currently in a very difficult and helpless situation, and having this phone functional would mean a lot to us. I humbly request you to verify my claim as soon as possible and help us remove the lock.
