Deleting Oura app caused Apple Watch/Health app to display incorrect HRV data

Apple Watch / Health app display incorrect HRV data: HRV data from other sources (Polar H10, and Amazfit Bip6) seems to display correctly in both the device and Apple Health, but HRV data collected from the Apple Watch itself displays unusually high in the Health app (150-300~). This started when the Oura app was deleted from my phone.

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 26
