iPhone Mirroring no longer working after upgrading to IOS 26.2.1

I have a 14" 2023 M2 Pro running Tahoe (26.2) and an iPhone 14 Pro with 26.2.1 installed.

Simply put, once I upgraded the iPhone, iPhone mirroring stopped working. When I attempt to connect the error I receive is "iPhone Mirroring timed out connecting." AirDrop still works, both ways.
