Why can't I access live apple support via my macbook? My phone is not functioning and I would like to contact live support on my mac but there is no option of downloading the apple support app OR live chat on the support site. This is ridiculous. And obviously I cannot call because phone doesn't work and I can't make regular calls on the mac.
Go to https://getsupport.apple.com follow the prompts to establish your issue and at the end there should be a button labeled "More support" or "Get More Help" and one of the options in there should be the chat option if its available for your specific issue.
