How to unlock my iPhone 13 from a network

Apple does not "lock" phones. Contact the carrier the device is locked to. Only they can unlock it. If you don't know who that is, you may as well just return it and get your money back. The odds of a cellular carrier unlocking a device for someone who is not a current customer in good standing with the device currently active on their network are virtually non-existent.

Apple isn't a wireless carrier and doesn't unlock iPhones unless they accidentally replace an unlocked unit with a locked one. Find the carrier involved as described in your other thread.
