iPhone: Explicit songs from purchased album won't download

Purchased Album - Explicit Songs have no option on iPhone to download into iPhone, but I can download from Music Library on MacBook.

Things to note I have a Family account includes wife and daughter, both adults with no restrictions regarding explicit content.

All other songs on album have the 'cloud' so downloadable

Only impacts songs with an 'E' for explicit

Have tried to signing out 'Media & Purchases' and makes no difference.

The screenshot below shows you what I mean.

Any ideas?
