How to remove old emails

In macOS:

1) from the Mail Message viewer, single-click the message you want to delete and choose "Delete" from the "Edit"menu:

2) From the Message Viewer, right-click the message you want to delete:

3) For an open message, the Delete icon is in the the toolbar:

Tip #1: These are not chat rooms but regular text-based forums where other end users offer help, not Apple.. You have to wait for someone to see and respond. Posting four times in three minutes can cause helpful contributors to ignore a question.
