Help!! Can’t add ANY cards to Apple Pay or Wallet

I was using Apple Pay and Wallet with no problems at all for about three or four weeks then all of a sudden, every time I try to add a card it won’t let me add any card at all. It says to contact the card issuer. These are some of the same cards that I had on there before and used with Apple Pay but I had to delete them now I’m trying to re-add them. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting I can find online about when you can’t add a card to the wallet I’ve done everything. Nothing works. I really need to get my Apple wallet up and working. Can somebody please help me figure out why it’s not letting me add any cards???
