Third-party AirPods Max won't connect to Apple Watch SE

Hey, i have a pair of AirPods Max-es that have a real H1 chip but the case and copmonents are all third party. Anyways i cant connect the AirPods to my Apple Watch SE 3 44 mm. For emails or anything, go to ****@icloud.com or ***@gmail.com
