Mac and iPhone not recognizing SD card for photo transfer
How to transfer photos from an SD card reader, my phone and mac book arent recognising external devices, therefore photos wont pop up on the files app.

My Mac and iPhone read SD cards just fine. So, could it be the SD card, itself? Or, it maybe your card reader device that has a problem. If you're using a cable, some USB-c cables only do power-- they don't transfer data, maybe at all. It's hard to tell what's going on without more details. Do you get an error message, for instance?
Try testing each element--try
- using a different computer
- switching to a different SD card
- swapping cables
- using a different card reader
