Are you setting up eMail in the Mail app here? Or are you not able to proceed with the Apple iPhone Setup process because you cannot access your Apple Account (designated as your work's eMail account)? If setting up eMail then you likely need to use the correct configuration for incoming an outgoing services. If trying to set up with your Apple Account, then you need to access the Apple Account with works permission. So, consult the correct personnel for that --perhaps a co-worker has the protocols to use, or you might have those configured in the Mail app on another device.
