iPad restore/update error 4041 in iTunes on Windows 11

I am trying to restore/update my iPad on Windows 11 iTunes and I received an error message not in support. It is error code 4041. What do I do? I did restart. My software on the computer is up to date. I was getting some funky error codes prior but then it went and now it seems not able to complete. The first error was 9 and it cleared when I restarted the iPad and selected Update v Restore. Now it threw this new code.
