Screen time not showing for months

"Screen time not showing for months: Why isn't my screen time showing up? I have no special settings that are applied and it has been many months that i can't see my screen time, it hasn't been fixed possibly mid ios 18"

“i really don't want to reset my phone just for screen time, even if i did, i would have a risk of losing my backup, isn't there another way?”

Screenshare with Apple Rep:

While on the phone with the Apple Rep, screen bare with them. Put your iPhone on speaker phone so you can show this to them, and run them through this issue.

About this Factory Reset:

The intent of a Factory Reset is to figure out if it is a hardware issue, or a configuration issue. If this still occurs after the Factory Reset, then it will provide it is a device issue. If nothing’s fixed, then that will prove that it is a misconfiguration within your current install.
