Keynote slideshows time out

I recently updated to Keynote version 15.1 and am using it on a MacBook Pro. I now find that when I am playing a slideshow, if I don't advance the slide after a certain amount of time, the slideshow times out and it goes back to the main program interface.

This is a problem in the classroom when we're sometimes - for example - discussing an image displayed for some length of time.

I can't find a setting to turn this off and have the slide stay up indefinitely the way it used to in previous versions of Keynote. Any help?

I can't reproduce this. I have a presentation running idle right now and it's been on the same slide for 20 minutes or so.

The only option I can think of that comes anywhere close is the option to auto-restart a presentation after a period of idleness. Check Inspector -> Document -> Restart show if idle

But even then, that should only restart the presentation, not stop it altogether.

If you open the same presentation in 14.5, does it do the same?
