Cannot transfer image from Windows to iPhone via cable
How can I transfer an image from Windows 10 to my iphone over a cable?
I can see the iphone in itunes. But there is no function to transfer the image file that direction.
Windows has some fool app that opens when I cable them together. But it will not transer that direction.
I can see the iphone as a USB resource in "This PC". It opens as Internal Storage, then as a folder named 202601_. If I try to drag the image file into this folder I get a circle bar symbol, which means "No no, we know better'n you what you need."
This is an image pertaining to medical records. I do not want to send the image over email, or via some cloud, where who knows who might look at it. A cable is the route.
Please don't waste your time telling me "You Can't." USB resources normally support two directional transers.
Is it not permitted because of security concerns? That would be bogus in this case. I control the physical access to both devices. There is zero security concern.
Sorry about the attitude, but I paid $500 for this phone. I feel I should be able to use it in this way.
THANX IN ADVANCE
