How do I fix overnight kernel panics on my 2019 iMac?

After having a number of apps crashing because of memory unavailability, I think I fixed that thanks to some members; it was likely due to Nord, even when shut down. Now I'm having computer crashes overnight, not sure if it's when it's going to sleep.

I have a 2TB SSD, but I'm concerned about the possibility of hardware failure (2019 iMac). Would love to get some suggestions. Etrecheck results below as well.
