Apple Watch pauses every 11 seconds during workouts. This happens with every workout. I have tried all suggestions posted here and other sources. It seems to be a software issue as nothing else is in the way. I have reset, re-paired, etc…Still pausing.

Always exactly 11 seconds? Very strange.
When you re-pair, you should avoid the backup and pair as New Watch.
Another cause of random pausing is tattoos or loose straps, but exactly 11 seconds is weird.
Sounds like a hardware failure to me.
Yes, exactly 11 seconds. And I did re-pair as recommended. No change. Yes, very weird and super frustrating.
