resetting secondary (non apple id) password

I cannot reset the email address password for an .icloud email that is not my apple id. It used to show up in 'sign in and security, now it is gone. I am getting the emails for this account on my phone but I can no longer log in on my pc. I go thru the reset steps and then it either kicks me out or resets my apple id email address.
