Gmail won't enable in Apple Mail on MacBook Pro

I'm on a MacBook Pro, 16-inch 2019 running Sequoia 15.7.3. I have a Gmail address, but have been using MacMail since 2001. I recently was in and out of my Google account several times this week as I subscribed to YouTube TV and also ended service on a work gmail account I no longer use. In the process, I checked a box I shouldn't have about MacOS interaction with gmail and Google immediately disabled that link and I lost all their information in my Mail settings. I deleted that account from settings and began a new Google account. In that process, I saw the screen again about what MacOS can do to my Mail account (the one I gave Google a wrong answer to—right before they disabled the link between them and mail) and allowed all the options.

My account information looks like this and won't let me check the box "enable this account"

My server settings looks like this, which I'm sure is not right. I appreciate any help you can give me.
