How do I edit sleep data in the latest version of IOS?

You cannot edit sleep data. Incorrect data must be deleted and correct information added.


iPhone > Health app > browse > Sleep > scroll down > Select All Data > find incorrect data > swipe left to delete incorrect data > tap + button in upper right corner of to add correct data.

I’m frustrated because I woke up at 4am and my watch suddenly decided I was awake and stopped tracking my sleep, even though my phone was still in sleep mode. Over an hour later when I finally got back to sleep, it tracked a new block of sleep. If I delete and start over, I will lose the details of the first part of last night’s sleep tracking. All I want to do is add the “awake” portion so the two rejoin. BTW, the new Sleep Score feature is a joke. It thinks the 2hr 51 minutes of sleep I got deserves 100 points. Would love to have the option to turn it off.
