You cannot edit sleep data. Incorrect data must be deleted and correct information added.
iPhone > Health app > browse > Sleep > scroll down > Select All Data > find incorrect data > swipe left to delete incorrect data > tap + button in upper right corner of to add correct data.

It will not show all data in a list, tried multiple ways, what could I be doing wrong. I want to delete an erroneous amount of sleep I added in correctly. It definitely lets me add, can’t get to log to delete with these steps. I did update phone to 26.2.1 recently
The instructions are not working for me. I can’t get to a place where deleting is possible…
Also, two nights this week bad or no sleep data. Watch has been working great for months, not sure what’s going wrong…
This isn’t the watch community so I can’t speculate on your potential Apple Watch issues. My personal solution is backup and unpair the watch, restart both devices and then pair again.
What step in the screenshots are you having issues with the the arrows (instructions)?

Have discovered that for me “browse” is “summary” and “select all data” is “show all data”.
There is no plus sign to add data tho… So, still not sure if I’m in the right place.

I’m frustrated because I woke up at 4am and my watch suddenly decided I was awake and stopped tracking my sleep, even though my phone was still in sleep mode. Over an hour later when I finally got back to sleep, it tracked a new block of sleep. If I delete and start over, I will lose the details of the first part of last night’s sleep tracking. All I want to do is add the “awake” portion so the two rejoin. BTW, the new Sleep Score feature is a joke. It thinks the 2hr 51 minutes of sleep I got deserves 100 points. Would love to have the option to turn it off.

Disregard I finally found selection. Apple has so many suggested articles before select all data, I didn’t think it was there. Apple should move up additional selections before articles IMO.
