Phone Push Notifications Suddenly Stopped Working

A few days ago, my phone suddenly stopped delivering push notifications. This is especially noticeable with apps like WhatsApp, Instagram, Gmail, banking apps, and sometimes even phone calls. All notifications are enabled, notification summary is turned off, and I’ve checked everything that could potentially affect this issue. Also, since I use a Mac device, I disabled notifications on it as well to rule out any possible connection. I updated IOS too, but problem is still there. Has anyone experienced this before?
