iPhone 15 Pro iOS 26.2.1, ATT Home Repair fixed landline today... iPhone is stuck in iCloud it does not "see" Yahoo! or Gmail accounts. iPhone reboot does not display three accounts. Note three accounts are visible in macBook Pro.

Excellent job troubleshooting this! That would indicate that there each an issue with sending eMails, because the sending was pending.
Can you explain a little more about what you aren’t seeing? You can see which inboxes are being displayed in the Mail app by going to Mail > tapping Edit in the top right > toggling on Gmail and Yahoo.
And if they don’t show up there, go to Settings > Apps > Mail > Mail Accounts and make sure you’ve signed into both.

Your reply displayed in iPhone iCloud Mail App. Mail app displays 3 accounts, iCloud, Gmail and Yahoo!; I viewed each account, I appear to be logged to each account. Note: edit is not available.
I installed Thunderbird email app years ago, iCloud, Gmail and Yahoo! are accessible/visible; edit is not available.
iPhone Notes displays iCloud Folders, none of which is accessible. I can access Notes Folder with macBook Pro.
