Hi! I have a question about my emails. My icloud storage is full, and i dont get my emails. If i upgrade, will i get the emails i didnt recieve?

No. If your iCloud storage was full then the server likely rejected the incoming mail and the sender would have received a bounce message that informed them that their message was not delivered due to a problem.

If it is full, then no, it will continually not show. So, export data from your iCloud Drive. Or, if an option in your country/region, you can upgrade your iCloud Plan to a monthly subscription.

B. Exporting All of iCloud:
One thought would be to download all of iCloud, and then search through it in Finder on a Mac. You would download it to an external drive, and then open the drive in Finder. Search through it using the search bar on the top-right corner of the Finder window. Once found, you can trash what's iCloud using Finder.
