How to recover missing iPhone notes after iCloud sync with iPad?

my notes on iPhone synced with my iPad and now I accidentally made it take all iPad notes to my iPhone and now it got rid of my iPhone notes all of them and now

I have only iPad notes and then my backup on my iPhone doesn’t work even tho I got rid of space because apple wants me to pay

Original Title: How to retrieve missing iPad notes after iCloud Sync I turned on iCloud sync for notes on my iPad when I realized it wasn't on. All of my iPad notes showed up on my iPhone, but my iPhone notes they DISAPPEARED. They are GONE. PLEASE HELP!
