Logic Pro 12 Sound Library Issues

I had Logic Pro 11 which worked fine. I updated to Logic Pro 12, and the sound library is completely gone. I called apple pro customer service and even though were at a loss for words as to why this happened. I've tried everything, from uninstalling/reinstalling, clearing cache, attempting to redownload the sound library bundle, changing internet connection, restarting my computer, terminal code inputs, updated my MacOS, and the list goes on. The end result is always the same, which is this screenshot that I've attached to this post. Has anyone else experienced this before? If you have and you resolved it, what exactly did you do? Please let me know. 😩🙏🏾

Your error shows that you're simply not connected to the internet. Connection issue?

When you open the Music folder, is there a file Logic Pro Library.bundle?

If there is, close LP12 and place the .bundle file somewhere else like on an external drive in a folder.

Open up LP again, while connected to the internet, and see if you get a dialog saying that it's cloning your library. If it does, just wait until it completes. It should give you a dialog to download the essential packs.
