iPhone back up and restore not enough size even though same storage phone. Backed up with Apple Devices

Hi I have backed up everything on mi iPhone 13 Pro Max with 256GB though Apple Devices to my pc, with encrypted backup, and now I got my 17 pro max with same 256GB it doesn’t back up that saying there is no enough storage in the phone, and the thing is when I did the back up on my 13 the final data was around 325GB witch is not logical, at least that I don’t it would be possible, and because of that I can’t restore anything to my new iPhone, and additional to this my iCloud back up was around 3 years ago I did that for now and downloaded some of the apps I do remember having, but I am not even sure what do I have still to do, if I even had something important on my old phone that I do need on my new one. I backed up my all photos and videos additionally and separately as they are after I did the back up on apple device. Thank you very if there is a answer to this I would be glad, I am gonna use my phone as it is for now but I would be glad if I know if there is way to deal with that.
