I turn off Apple Cash and Turn ON apple cash. After turning ON it setup the apple cash account but it show $0 balance. I had a balance in my apple cash account.

A. Clear the Temporary Internet Files:
Cookes remembers hat you've selected, and entered; caches remember what thinks looked like when you last voted the sate. All of these are created so that you browser opens quicker. Clearing it, you'll have to make these selections, once more. With Auto Fill turned on in settings, then all would remain. how to do so would be performed on your device.
B. View on Anther Device:
What happens when you use another device to view this information. Does it show?
C. New iCloud Session:
Sign out of iCloud on this device, and then sign back in.
