I was charged ₹999 today for GPS Maps Camera subscription renewal. I forgot to cancel the free trial. I have already cancelled the subscription and I do not need it. I would like to request a refund.

If you got an email receipt and there's a 'Report a Problem' link in it, use that; otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
If it wasn't billed through Apple's system, contact the application's publisher.

If you get a refund, it would be up to Apple. In most cases all transactions are final, but at times Apple may provide a compassionate refund.
The other option is to dispute the charge with your bank. That may have consequences with your Apple Account and it is likely you would not be able to use that payment method again for purchases.
No emailed receipt, not in your purchse history = you didn't buy the app through the Apple App Store.
